Weclome to The 38th International Sweets and Biscuits Fair (ISM), held annually in the Koelnmesse Exhibition Center, is the world’s largest and most important sweets and biscuits fair. The event features – products such as biscuits, confectioneries, chocolates, snacks, candies.
ISM serves as a venue where the major players in the international food sector meet to introduce, discover, and discuss the latest trends, the newest products, and the most up-to-date perspectives.
In 2006, ISM gathered 1, 628 suppliers and 35,000 trade visitors under one roof. Wholesale and retail buyers came to meet with the exhibitors consisting of manufacturers and distributors of the above-mentioned product line.
