Foreign buyers with proof that they are regular importers of Asian food, or as recommended by trade posts concerned
Established local buyers and reputable wholesalers, retailers, distributors and/or bulk-buyers
No past record with the organizer of any breach of the program's terms and conditions, particularly in adherence to the business itinerary prepared by the organizer
No past written complaint from IFEX exhibitors
Willing to expand his/her sourcing requirements for Philippine food products
Have a well-established distribution network for food products in his/her country of origin
Diligent in submitting reports as required by the organizer
